I think its pretty sad if the best album from the west is by a rapper that died 4 years before the decade began

well its not like 2pac's got much competition outside of Crooked I on the west, and Crook only drops "mixtapes" (even tho Young boss 2 was an album)


remember Chronic 2001 was released in 1999

well thats the sad thing. Nobod could make an album that sounds better and flows better than a dead guy. 2pacs a legend but that doesnt mean hes untoppable.

I thought the first Dilinger & Young Gotti album was one of the best this decade.  Very underpromoted, if handled right could've been a big plus for the West Coast in the mainstream
