I don't know, man.  You might be right.  I haven't seen the footage yet.  But this is the guy who flipped out when they put puppets in his face on one of these kind of shows a couple years ago.  Plus, Sacha Baron Cohen seems like the kind of guy who puts himself in harms way for the sake of trying to be funny too.  After all, he's the guy who got punched in the face for pulling that trick too many times.  I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'd say there's at least some chance this could be real.
