You know I was thinking about this. The fact that WIDE AWAKE owns all this stuff and are going to be re-issuing the catalog with new material means we're almost guaranteed a Makaveli re-issue with Friendz, Lost Souls and Watch Ya Mouth. Sure it might take a year or two but we'll get it eventually.

lol like they'd even know what songs to add as bonus's

lol makaveli with bonus tracks "danger time" and "is it cool to fuck" hahaha

Yeah I think. I know Amaru got nearly every thing Tupac made not under contract (eventually leaked in OG form lol), but the All Eyez On Me/Makaveli/One Nation sessions can't be touched, cause they under contract. So I think we will see it some day. Just hope they stick to their word, then again everyone's pressuring not to fuck with 2pac's Catalog, so I'm guess they won't lol

Most of One Nation tracks were released on Pac's albums already.

most yes

the last 2 were technically made AFTER One nation was completed...making them project-less tracks i guess lol

Wrong!!!

The only thing you'll see on a Makaveli Re-Issue is radio/clean versions, or remixes as additional audio

it all depends on Afeni and co. giving them the go to release new songs

if they get afeni's blessing they can pretty much do whatever they want to it

Never Call U Bitch Again is not a One Nation track. That song was done with Johnny J before Pac started recording One Nation.

Leave the mastering to the experts and people who originally did it..

hmm didn't even think about that, Pac and JJ stopped working before Makaveli so this makes sense.

Oh I see, you must work for Wide Awake so you probably know. Better yet, you're probably one of Afeni's lawyers so you can speak on this definitively. fuck outta here with that shit you're just talking out of your ass.

FIRST of all WIDE AWAKE could conceivably release fuckin' RUSD or Strickly3myniggaz with a Makaveli re-issue if Amaru allowed them. Second, if they opt to use Watch Ya Mouth or whatever for their "option album" then they become a part of their catalog and can be released again and again. It's what they DON'T use that's then turned back over to Amaru for the exclusive rights. And third, if I'm not mistaken "Friendz" is a Death Row, and by extension WIDEAWAKe, owned song anyways. That's Suge publishing and Deathrow owend. See-Too Gangsta for Radio. There's minimal red tape there.

very true - friendz was already released TWICE so if they wanted to put the OG out on a CD there'd be no way not to...it was already out

same thing with Pain, Pour Out a Lil Liqour etc.

hell, the row even remixed DON'T CALL ME BITCH, a 1992 track

No they can't

with a Makaveli re-issue if Amaru allowed them

That speaks for itself. Amaru isn't going to. This will be distributed by EMI worldwide. Amaru aren't willing to share rights to material or even participate in third party form

You're right on that one

Death Row were limited. They released 2 songs each, on both Too Gangsta 4 Radio, and Chronic 2000 due to not being advertised as sole 2Pac product, shortly there after, the ruiling was made more precise to what Death Row could actually release, which was '2Pac titles/material that was already in their back catalouge that could be re-released in whatever way they saw fit', but no previously unreleased 2Pac tracks, which is why we saw the Nu Mixx & 2Pac live CD's, along with the House of Blues soundtrack, and explains why the later remixes for other Death Row artists featuring 2Pac contained vocals from songs in their own 'released' catalouge, songs like Homeboyz and so on

No. He doesn't have enough material, and Amaru will barely even work with him unless they have to. They didn't want him remixing the material he originally produced, and they wouldn't allow him to use material he had produced on his Thug Angel documentary, and denied any access for other 2Pac recordings. The studio footage was obtained from other sources owned by someone other than Amaru
