It's ironic, because this was his farewell to us all. We didn't get his musical farewell, but I guess it's selfish for any of us to wish that would have came to fruition. I hope MJ's family can pay his outstanding debts, because he has some hefty ones. It'll be sad to see Blanket and the rest to grow up without a father.

Here's a favorite MJ track of mine off the Invincible album:

Man this shit is sad news. Its shocking news, its crazy. I remember hearing about his comeback tour in london doing the 50 shows in july and i thought that would be great for him and his fans.

One of the greatest artists ever and so much of his music is timeless.

I cant think of a cat who has reached more countries with his music than michael jackson. Bar none. Asia, africa, europe etc, everwhere, dude is pure legend.

RIP

Jermaine Jackson Speaks On Behalf of Jackson Family
HL - Thursday, June 25, 2009 10:00:13 PM

JermaineJackson.jpgMichael Jackson's brother, Jermaine Jackson, gave a press conference this evening on behalf of his parents and siblings at UCLA's Ronald Reagan Medical Center.

Jackson's voice shook as he said his brother, "the legendary King of Pop," had passed away at 2:26 p.m. in California today. He said it's believed that his brother suffered a cardiac arrest, but that his cause of death could not be verified until an autopsy is performed.

According to Jermaine, "[Michael's] personal physician, who was with him at the time, attempted to resuscitate my brother as did paramedics on the way to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center."

Jermaine said that doctors tried to resuscitate his brother for more than one hour before he was pronounced dead.

He ended his speech by saying, "may Allah be with you, Michael, always."

The autopsy is expected to be done tomorrow, but the full results of the coroner's toxicology test will likely be unavialable for weeks.

Regardless, of the mindless arguing - the media are milking this shit. Like I have seen eight channels covering Mike.

MTV has actually been playing his videos...

It makes sense though considering he really helped make that station. I didn't flip to VH1, but in all reality they should be doing the same thing.

Yeah, in all honesty - I wouldn't expect anything less of them.

Yeah, I guess it's nice to know under all the sugar coated nonsense at MTV, there is still a respect for musical legends.

I'm glad, but the corporate heads are exploiting the event.

The more Michael = The more views.
