First of all there were doubts as to whether or not this is true news. I can confirm 100% that this thread is factual, I received the word from Treacherous early this morning and this is not a made up story.

Anyway, as to whether or not it's a sample is yet to be determined, but there is no reason to believe it's a sample. You have to realize that Snoop and Crooked have had beef for a long time, for Crooked to sample Snoop after all this time makes no sense unless they squashed their problems. If they squashed the beef then does it make sense to just sample him or collaborate. I think we may be looking at the real thing here, especially considering that Frequency (who has produced for Snoop) is appearing on the project.

By the way, the Death Row thing makes no sense considering that Snoop and Crooked were on Death Row at different times. Why would Crooked go back and buy a 90s Snoop verse to use on his EP? It looks like people are trying to rain on everyone's parade.

I didn't say anything about a verse maybe some else did.All I said was he could have sampled his voice from a death row era snoop song say on a chorus.I've seen this done time to time by rappers and they pass it off as a feature.Sticky fingaz did it with missy Elliot,Lloyd banks did it with rakim.I hope it isn't the case but who knows.It just seems odd for them to all of a sudden squash everything and nobody had heard a word about it.You would think crooked would have spoken on it.Maybe he will shortly.
