Applying for jobs: what type of email?

What type of email should you use when applying for jobs?

I'm using my university one right; somebody told me that using it might make it seem like I'm still in school.
They told me to use a gmail account instead.


Any suggestions, comments, etc.?

fuck no. It doesn't matter what TYPE of email you have...use yahoo if you want.  The point is having a new professional email is definitely a must.  You need to make sure you cop a resume.

Make your own, just make it professional e.g  firstname.lastname@gmail.com
Don't make a BS one like beerchugger69 or something like that.

Stick with an element of your name. Try not to use a real shitty host either. Swear to God one of my pre-med homies submitted his application to med school with the e-mail "fukabeyoch@****.com".  :grumpy:

the one i'm using right now msaleh02@[universitynamehere].ca
im thinking of using a gmail one that goes m.salehmohamed or something along that line

what do u guys think will fair better?
