I respect it but that doesn't mean its better.Rap evolved from the old school to more complex rhymes, more musical production etc.Compare the production of today to the 80s its not even close.Musically the 80s was simple. And rhymes?Compare some of the people now to then. Its not even close.Rakim was a one of a kind then.Nowadays theirs tons and tons of rappers that can spit sick shit. The 8 0s get its respect its the beginning. But that doesn't make it better.Your obviously stuck in the past.
Kool G and BDK got better rhymes than anybody nowadays
See these fans can't resist the rush,
they Wu-Tang for life
Scarred for life,
they can't forget the cuts

you obiviosly stuck up new schools ass to show any true respect for old school . i listen to new school but i don't think any it is better then anything from the 80's & 90's at all . nothing about new school is better at all .instead it is the reason music is so crappy at all & you also the reason hip hop so crappy because you are blind new school follower . the old school created all this & you  & all your new school buddy owe the old school for that . the beginning is always the best because it is original . everybody after originals are clones & bandwagooners. nothing better then old school like 2pac said . remember rappers knew better then you & so did 2pac.

Some of the older albums from the 80's i've never got to hear.  Just certain songs from those artists.  Don't have 20.  Almost.
not in order
onyx-bacdafucup
l.o.n.s.-t.i.m.e.
busta rhymes 1st 3 solo albums-the coming, when disaster strikes, e.l.e.
camp lo-uptown saturday night
big-ready to die
jay z-black album
run dmc-raising hell
beastie boys-5 boroughs
kid n play-face the nation
rakim-18th letter double disc, 2nd disc it had his best late 80's songs
kool moe dee-jive collection vol.2
i'm not sure if public enemy is from ny but if they are, nation of millions

just cause i support artist from my city does not make my opinion not matter because i still know more then you & i have been listening & living hip hop since 1982 .so that means i have seen more then you & know more then you . so your opinion does not matter over mines because i have knowledge  & experience over you.i from the old school & you are not . also i don't think j-kwon & nelly are better then anything from the 80's or 90's .slyk smoov is better then j-kwon & nelly but you would not know who that is at all. i support every st louis artist ever .  i am true to my city & roots unlike you. as i said before & as 2pac has said there is nothing better then old school. so stop being hater & get over it

yes,  i support my local artist & what wrong with being true t  your city.  i guess you can't read so  i will retype. just cause i support artist from my city does not make my opinion not matter because i still know rore then you & i have been listening & living hip hop since 1982 .so that means i have seen more then you & know more then you . so your opinion does not matter over mines because i have knowledge  & experience over you.i from the old school & you are not . also i don't think j-kwon & nelly are better then anything from the 80's or 90's .slyk smoov is better then j-kwon & nelly but you would not know who that is at all. i support every st louis artist ever .  i am true to my city & roots unlike you. as i said before & as 2pac has said there is nothing better then old school. so stop being hater & get over it. this make anything you said mean nothing comapred to me because you are stuck on being a hater on me because i support local artist from city st louis . i buy all st louis albums & that includes st louis legends like slyk smove who worked with same crew as amg & dj quick. i bet you also hate unladlylike .

The fact you said new York fell off and only rate illmatic 03.5 is odd as its widely considered the greatest hip hop album ever made. And you don't even have it in your top 20.That's old man sydrome.
nah you're just ignorant & dumb.

Chad is known for not acting like a sheep & being honest.
not to mention that he listens to new & old music: he often recommends stuff to others so you must be taking too many mushrooms.
