can some one plzzzzz heap me i down loaded this and it dident come up as a mp3 file  when i click it it goes stright to windows medias player and that says cant play some one plzzzzzz help

It's a .rar file.  You need to download winrar to open it.  You can download a trial version for free.  I think they have it at download.com

I know many people ain't dissed him and there's a reason for it. He used to be called Tracey Dangerous in the streets and he's a know Insane Crip member.
