Or do u think the system they work for almost pushes cops to be fucked up?  I think if u give a man a gun, and a license to kill...a license to be a dickhead and be damn near untouchable within the law, its a recipe for disaster.  Cops dont realise that they are public servants, because they are treated by the courts as if they are above the law.
