hey sikotic check this out:I been eating a very healthy lunchlean cuisine at dinner and diet dr.pepper at night(one)a bananaand a cup of milkall adds up to 1500 calories,I should lose weight this way shouldn't I?and lots of water..........
no there is 139 calories in a cup of milk ikke and because I am on a 1500 calories diet I can't have more then one........
why the fuck would u drink milk while ur on a diet? People always assume that milk helps you lose weight well it doesnt, milk is fatty as hell.. when I lost weight I didnt touch milk.. nor did I want to.. except adding some fat free milk in coffee once in a while, thats ok.
