Lol this shouldn't even be a question. Snoops made one classic, which to be honest is probably my favourite hip hop album of all time, but the rest of his records have been average. Jay has stayed consistant and has dropped 2 definite classics, some would argue 3 classics. Jay has a whole lot more subject matter than Snoop. Snoops been using ghost writers since his 2nd album, Jay never has. I don't think I really need to go into any more depth...

Both legends, and although I love Snoop as an artist, I've never regarded Snoop as anything great as an emcee past his 3-4 year prime...

you know discography aside, if you ask me this question 4 or 5 years ago, I would probably say it is a toss up. Jay has even "borrowed" a couple lines and concepts from Snoop in the past. But really lately I would have to say Jigga. Don't get it twisted though, when Snoop puts a song out like Think About It, it makes me wonder though.

Lol, Doggstyle is one of the dopest records ever but it is not better than Reasonable Doubt. Let's remember that Jay actually writes his shit. Snoop's flow in his prime though is untouchable.
