i was gonna say...sooner or later someone is going actually comment on the quality of the sound on this release, seeing as though the remaster is supposed to be the main feature. i'll need to bump it properly but first impressions, its louder than the previous remastered edition. not necessarily a good thing, but the drums seem to be sounding more detailed, or 'live', which is generally what sucks with cd audio compared to the original source or a vinyl. so it seems like they may have done a good job, but i will have to listen some more.

Here is my question about the Chronic Re-lit.  All i keep hearing is that the 7 new songs are gonna be on a DVD.  But what good does that do me?  Is it an actual DVD or is it one of those dual discs where one side of the disc is CD and the other is DVD.

I'd be pretty upset if it's a DVD and you can only access the songs through a DVD.  That means I'd need a DVD player to listen to the songs?  That I can't pop in the bonus songs in my car?

Can anyone clear that up?  If it's legitimately a DVD that's a huge disappoint for me cause I listen to most of my shit in the car.  If not, I'll probably just download em, maybe buy em on itunes, not sure. 

But, anyone know?
