I don't care, it's a single, it's supposed to be catchy and that's exactly what that Yeeaaahheaaaheahah is... I usually don't like Rihanna's nasal yelling but I dunno, I like it in this case.

I do agree, however, that with the same chorus but without the "heeyyeaahahahyeaH" part it would be doper lol.

Nasal, that's the fucking word. Everytime I hear her, it's like she's got a sinus problem. That's probably what Chris Brown was trying to fix when he bust up her face.
LOL! ;D

after one listen, I can say the album is decent but I probably won't cop it unless it grows on me majorly... great production on some tracks but I just wasn't feeling Jay-Z's flow or even lyrics at times  :-\

my favorite tracks were "What We Talkin' About", "Empire State Of Mind", "A Star Is Born", "Reminder", "So Ambitious", and some others I would include but it was mainly due to the beats and/or feature

IMO American Gangster > this album

damn you got some alright taste in music with those songs , except empire state of mind , didnt like that song ...

UGH

Thats how I felt listening to this album

A four out of ten for me.This sounded like Jay-Z trying to make a T.I. album except failing miserably.Anyone else find it ironic that right after death of auto tune run this town plays and its completely obvious that rihannas vocals have been worked on with auto tune?

I'm feelin' it. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Could've done without "Thank You" though. That shit be boring.

But "Empire State of Mind" is freeeeesh... That joint right there is a gem.

yes, you have been easily manipulated by timbo's media hype and the expectation that all jay/timbo joints are hot.  In reality though, timbo gave Jay his most boring and safest beats he has produced in years.  They were most likely leftovers

Jay on the other hand brought his usual shallow, self loving, routine lyrics to each of the beats

Yeah not like Snoop whos known for his deep, heart wrenching songs.Or his knack for taking chances by using whatever producer is most popular at the moment.Hes a real risk taker that guy!
