Most over-rated and under-rated rappers??

Overrated:
Cam'Ron (I'm talking about in general; his flow was always horrible to me),
Jay Z (at the moment. I think he was extremely dope and his ability to do a range of songs unlike other rappers shows this. however at the moment his flow is horrible yet people seem to think he's still one of the best),
Kanye (just don't rate him as a rapper),
Drake (because his mixtape had a lot of weak joints and isn't perfect).

I could go on with the current list of hot rappers aka Jeezy, Wayne, TI, Gucci etc but it would be a waste of time.


Underrated:
Clipse (just believe they should be regarded as one of the best duos out although I'm not too sure about there levels on recent tracks).
Nas (by the mainstream)
Foreign rappers in general (UK has some talent but the US is too close minded)

I'm not surprised they are close minded. I hate UK rap and I'm from there.

i would say he is pretty underrated.

people associate too much of him with 50 Cent & G-Unit.

but his two albums are real tight, in my opinion & that mixtape he dropped a few months back was the fuckin' bomb.

i can honestly say that i am anitciapating whatever comes next for Banks.

but tell anyone about Banks & most will reply with, "na, G-Unit is dead".

You cant really compare Joe Budden to Redman. Redman's a veteran and he has classic tracks. Joe Budden sucks and is the worst on Slaughterhouse haha.
