no it's not.  the accents fuck up the whole sound and THE UNORIGINALITY of copying Hip Hop altogether is what makes it not hot.  You can't say Gucci or anybody from the States is wack for being unlyrical or unoriginal when that whole side of the world is tryna do what we do (and not just Hip Hop).  whether ur from Africa or Brazil or Turkey nothing will sound as good or be as good as Hip Hop from the US and my man that's not a bias'd opinion that's fact.  that's why no1 from the UK hasn't reached or Dre or Snoop level or an Rhymefest level for that matter except for Drake, and look who he's rollin' wit' and we all kno what he was doing before.  Other countries shouldn't try 2 emulate hip hop, it just doesn't sound right, and i say that hoping more will change my mind but knowing most/all won't.
