its obviously a blatant money making scam, just officially endorsed by daz and snoop.
they're usually told to wait on the line from voice prompts, and they'll keep you on hold for like 20 mins or sumthin, which will end up you payin 40 bucks for the phone call, and that doesnt guarrantee you'll be a winner. most people just end up with a big phone bill and nothing else.

money is too precious these days to go recklessly losing your money like that.
