it's not regular over the counter cough syrup, it's prescribed

although every now and then you could use some normal syrup to seal a blunt and make it burn slower

it's not robitussin or nyquil.. this is strong shit that you have to be prescribed. it is bad for you if you abuse it (see dj screw and pimp c for reference) but ain't no harm in pourin up.

Somebody probally had a terrible cough and decided to drink the entire bottle at once.
WHen he was sober again he told everybody about the wonderfull trip he had.
