This Pamphlet was recently dropped on Afganistan by the U.S. government, it's a doctored photo, and they're catching heat from it. I think it's hilarious, actually, LOL... but I can see why people would be mad.

I was learning about U.S. warfare, and we have the best psycological warfare program in the world. We have had some crazy ass flyers dropped on enemies. During the Vietnam war, they said that it was working so well to get Vietnamis to surrender, that the Vietnam generals started targeting the print shops were the flyers were made. We have a way with that stuff that's very underhanded. Crazy the way we work.
