Alot of the concepts Eminem have came with have been totally fresh and origional.  "Stan" is a great example, that record was larger than life.

As far as sounds, I think that Del song back in 2001 that he rapped on that was a huge hit on MTV with the cartoon imagery, I think it was produced by Prince Paul, that sound was totally fresh and origional in concept and sound.
