Oh yeah theres also 50 Cent - I Get Money. Like a quarter of the US population rapped over the beat and released it online. Same with Lil Wayne - A Milli.

this just goes to show that the 90's have competition when looking back on Hip Hop

yeah, in terms of sell out singles to please 17 year old women.

yay, modern hip hop! :raisetheroof: :grumpy:

No single of this decade has made an impact on the game like in da club.
I think that this was probably the biggest hiphop single of this decade.

that's how i feel about that; shit was just the standard on making a single.

I'd say Hey Ya had more impact than In da Club. that song was universally popular, even beyond the rap world.

R Kelly - Ignition

also, if you count R&B too, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo & Akon had their fair share of hits.

are you talking about other genres as well?

In Da Club
Jesus Walks
Cool breeze; I'm hopping out of new Beams
My outfit ran me a few G's but none of that will matter if you leave
I used to be an Adam with two Eves and shawtys automatically do me
Excuse me, all that happened before you doesn't matter
I'm a vision of the future climbing the success ladder
Recline, in the mean time, twenty three shine, diamond bling blind as I rewind

T.I. - What You Know
T.I. - Whatever You Like
T.I Ft. Rihanna - Live Your Life]
Jay-Z - 99 Problems
Justin Timberlake Ft. T.I. - My Love

lol
I knew people would laugh at all the T.I. but am I wrong? He said numbers wise.

Whatever You Like shattered a billboard record. And then Live Your Life shattered the billboard record that Whatever You Like just did  :D

These are all self explanatory
