 Actually come to think of it, i prolly first heard c-bo on "all eyes on me"? i cant remember but obviously that came out before the no limit sound tracks that i recall hearing c-bo on("iam bout it" and the "west coast bad boys" albums).

Tales from the Crypt got the most spins for me.  Half the album sound some-what dated now but it had the most effect on me when it came out for years.   The rest of his album's (that I've heard) in this order

2002 Life as a Rider - had a good balance of songs and good beats...back to his more laid back flow. 
2003 The Mobfather - had a few bangers that make this one stand out.
2012 Orca - kind of underrated. he took it back with this one to his old style...got a 90s feel to it.
1997 One Life 2 Live - that mob shit...remember them nice basslines, similar to Tales From the Crypt.

I liked Enemy of the State for his flow, agression and lyrical content but I just didn't think it was a great album C-Bo album.  If this was your first C-Bo album you listened to, you probably don't understand but after riding mobbing to C-Bo for years with trunk thumpers and hard basslines this project seemed more digitized and commercial.

C-Bo stepped out on a limb with this one to me and it worked to a degree but not your Classic C-Bo sounding album.

I'd probably throw Orca somewhere in his top 5 albums but definitely not his best overall
