Is it true Mosley got knocked out by Forrest?
« on: January 26, 2002, 05:10:04 PM »
I just got a call from a friend of mine who said Sugar Shane got knocked out by Vernon Forrest. I forgot all about the fight since I was preoccupied so I didn't catch it.

The problem is my friend is a lying son of a bitch so can someone anyone tell me what went on?

yup he lost in  a 12 round decision  but  got  knocked down  a couple times.        shit is  strange  .

first we thought  delahoya  was   the best  .   then  trinidad , then  mosley  .     now  its all fucked up    ???

i guess its good for boxing though .    it all depends on the matchups .   Vernon Forrest  is  much taller  and has  a   longer arm reach then   Sugar Shane .      Which is why he  won easily.

HAHA and people were saying that Shane Mosley is the best and shit. The funny part about is that Shane was bitchin cuz he hasnt gotten a Pay Per View Special since the De La Hoya fight. and now we know why. Mosley only known boxer he has fought is De La Hoya and Rivera. in where the win against rivera was very doubtful. This fight proved that Mosley isnt all that great. These are the fighers that has fought big time fighters.

For example, Trinidad. He has faced Oscar, Vargas, Pernell whitaker(even though he wasnt in his prime) David Reid, and OBa Carr and his only loss was to Hopkins.

As for Hopkins his only good fight was towards Roy Jones which was a loss, Holmes in which he had trouble with and Trinidad.

What about another very good fighter VARGAS.
Vargas has fought Ike Quartey which he beat easily.  Wilfredo Rivera in which he also beat easily. that same fighter mosley had trouble with. he also beat Ross Thompson but did lose to Tito but Vargas wasny fully ready for his first Pay per view fight.

the fighters that are very good are.....Tito, Oscar, and Vargas. Maybe Hopkins if he fights more good fighters

Mosley is very good, just some people don't match up well with others, as Forrest beat him twice now. Mosley is still the shit, and I think the rematch would be good to see. Muthaphukka, Pomona, I.E., 909 can't be stopped twice, and as for that punk Vargas... ha ha... bitch is gonna get beat by Oscar.

I am not a fan of Mosley but I give him credit, he is a great fighter, but after seeing him lose he isn't as great as people were saying.
