I won't even talk about the commercial success of T.I., Wayne, etc. 'cause this thread is strictly for the future of hip-hop and which rappers I think are up and coming that will ensure the south stays dominating

Nipsey might be one of those rare surprise "gangsta west coast rappers" that actually do make a break through (Snoop, Game, etc)
