So.... which is it? Considering 2Pac and Biggie is not up there, I go with Boogie Down Production vs. Juice Crew, followed by D.J. Quik vs. M.C. Eiht

Hmm, i'd say it's between B.D.P Vs. Juice Crew and N.W.A. Vs. Ice Cube.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

I voted for Ice Cube vs. NWA

Fav. track in each one:
"South Bronx"
"Jack The Ripper"
"No Vaseline"
"Dollars & Sense"
"Second Round K.O."
Beanie Sigal's Freestyle over the "Put Ya Hands Up" instrumental
"Stillmatic"

I was gonna put Eazy and Dre... but they didn't even write their own songs. Eazy wrote Compton City G'z and that was it... LOL

I agree, that wasn't a battle, 'cos technically Biggie never answered back, it was just a beef.

^^ True, but some will still vote for it. And I think Long Kiss Goodnight was a diss song, but of course 'Pac was dead by then, so it don't count.

Closer to home...
I'ma say "Dj Quik {vs} Mc Eiht"....The battles on wax have created some dope hip-hop battle rhymes.
Who will ever forget classic's such as....
Dj Quik
"Dollaz + Sense"
"Let you have it" ect..

Mc Eiht
"Def wish....series"
"& Numerous sprinkled rhymes on Quik through out" ect..
---------------------
Being a fan of both...I almost thought this shit was going to hit the street'z wit some fucken Gun shotz.
The heated battle became enemies on site.
