Honestly as a Hayes fan: this mixtape sucks, it's not even good to wipe my ass off with it. Lyrics may be on point but the beats suck. His previous mixtape was classic.

I did listen to it, and it's in no way improved...the production is better on 24 Songs of Power on a both creative level and mixing level.

WoW , I don't know what 24 Songs of Power or what version of the First 48 you are listening to? although the NEW mixtape does have a lot of songs off the previous one. nonetheless The First 48 is an improvement, imho! 

but we're all entitled to that.

nope, that's just what i would imagine the date to be if jimmy did allow him to drop an album. there's also the probability that he will never drop an album on interscope.

and it sounds like this 'movie' could be a larger project as opposed to a music video. you know, something that will delay detox another couple of years and still not see the light of day. oh man, interscope really is a joke now

So instead of just putting out a final album as a vocalist and staying behind a desk or a mix board -in essence watching others do what he still seems to like,which is rapping- he can put the album out the leap right into film,as even more visual way of expressing himself...

So could it be that Detox will be soundtrack to a movie?

Looking forward to his debut.  He actually has a chance of being released.  Especially since his image is more in line with what interscope is used to marketing
