When I think of "best voice in rap", I think of someone that if the beat was nothing special, there was no one else in the song, and you didn't really care for it, he would automatically save it because of his voice (the flow affects the way they're voice  is though sometimes).

Ol Dirty Bastard clearly had the best voice. He could rap on ANYTHING and his voice (mixed with that up and down flow) would save any song. I didn't even give a shit what he was talking about, his voice was the shit.

Then i'd go with these WC. There's another guy who can save any song with his voice alone. I can bump every single track he's ever made.

Freeway, Xzibit, DMX & Eazy-E are also guys who can save a song with their voice/flow, but i wouldn't put them up there with WC/Ol Dirty.
