El Portal is the same owners as Cotixan...just a higher grade, so its a lil more expensive.  And Ive seen more Mexicans there then Sombreros lol.  The Carne Asada at Sombreros is terrible.  Super Sergios is garbage...I dunno why every in Clairemont fucks with that place.  Cotijas is good....Cane Asade Quesadilla there is off the chain.  If you havent been to Lolitas yet....u need to go.
