Yaeh as a "just fucking around the studio" mixtape track it's cool. It's funny (especially Ray J's verse), the beat is chill and the chorus is catchy. It actually reminds me of something 50 used to do on mixtapes before GRODT, when he was singing over others people beats (like that too). But the key word right here is a mixtape track, if this ends up on the album that's not good.
