Ludacris got the whole package, real talk, nobody mentioned him yet, so I'll throw his name out there. Ludacris is it. You could put that nigga over any beat, ANY beat, swear, anythang and he'll flow over it and deliver like it ain't NUTTIN'.

I'd say Das EFX is up there wit the rest of them of 'all time'.

I'd say the three that come to mind, in no order, are ---- Notorious B.I.G., Eminem, KRS-One.  Now, that is in terms of "flow versality". You can put them on a slow song or a Bone Thugs collabo and they are not only on point with the beat but they have such energy behind even the most simple of their words that you can't help but bob your head to it. I'd also point Jay-Z just behind them. I think he gets hated on a lot but his flow on Blueprint 3 was a big selling point on some of the songs.
