Everyone in the SNL era of president impersonators came together to make this skit. Everyone minus Phil Hartman who did Ronald Reagan. But his replacement is someone that you'll know and love. A quick run down on the cast for this one skit.

Chevy Chase - Gerald Ford
Dan Ackroyd - Jimmy Carter
?? - Ronald Reagan
Dana Carvey - George H.W. Bush
Darrell Hammond - Bill Clinton
Will Ferrell - George W. Bush
Fred Armisen - Barack Obama
Maya Rudolph - Michelle Obama

Ah a copyright claim, more scumbag behaviour

It's not scumbag behavior to not let Google make money off of your creativity. 

Your response is based on assumption, youtube does not make a profit, in fact it makes a big loss. The only revenue streams to the site are advertisers, so they aren't making any money directly off that and certainly not overall.

It is scumbag behaviour to slip copyright injunctions which stops the flow of information
