That doesn't even make fucking sense.  How can an illegal immigrant be suspected?  Legal immigrants, and fucking U.S. citizens cross the border all the the time.  What is the proof that it's an illegal?

Ever since Illegal immigration law been signed on, apparently cops be pulling fuckers over asking everyone for their naturalization id or some sort of id to verify they are us born. fuck it. It's one of those racial profiling type of shit that cops do, assuming it's all illegal people.

I agree that the law has a bunch of holes in it, but props to AZ for finally taking a massive problem in to their own hands since the federal government obviously doesn't give a shit.

Immigration reform is more likely than California doing anything as stupid as the AZ law

fuck that. It's called racial profiling. Basically says they can pull over anyone who looks Mexican for no reason.

yeah, unfortunately, however, it seems this is there to stay unless some shit goes down.  But if a person came legally, it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm a U.S. Citizen.  It is a problem if they ask for my fucking birth certificate and their only reason to do it is because I'm a latino.

Um, the law prohibits racial profiling. You can't just randomly stop someone and ask them to prove that they are a citizen.

The laws requires two things before police can inquire about someone's legal status. First, law enforcement must have a LAWFUL BASIS for stopping someone......for example pulling someone over for speeding or running a red light. Second, they must have a REASONABLE SUSPICION that someone might be illegal before asking their legal status. For example, if someone can't produce a driver's license, that might cause officers to suspect that they might be illegal. Only then law enforcement might begin doing more background work into the person's background.

Why don't you guys just admit that you oppose this law because you are Mexican and you don't believe in immigration laws and want open borders.
