DJ Quik Discusses New Album "The Book Of David"
West coast vet DJ Quik recently joined Chuey Martinez for a radio interview and gave an update on his first album in five years titled "The Book Of David". Quik revealed a partial list of collaborators for the project that include Ice Cube, WC, and Bizzy Bone. The album is completed and the only thing that stands between it's release and the fans is a few samples that need to be cleared.

Quik also touched on burying his beef with Suga Free (he blames weedcarriers/entourages), and noted that he'd be appearing on an The Konnectid Project 2. A new version of the first single "Nobody" featuring Suga Free was also unveiled, touting a new verse from Quik.

You can stream the interview below, (it starts around the 50 minute mark, and runs for a little over 1 hour). There's tons of great material in this interview for hard core Quik fans.. definitely worth a listen.
