Not speaking on this situation particularly, but on the topic some people don't know how to be fans of artists without riding for them. They don't have the ability to make fun of or criticize these rappers, whether seriously or for fun, and they can't let others do it either without leaping to their defense. Personally I could clown on any rapper, whether I listen to them or not. It doesn't affect my enjoyment of their music. It must be some kind of character flaw because in some cases I actually listen to the rappers more than the people who are stanning for them.
