It doesn't include the "Quikstrumental" track from 2005's Trauma featuring Jodeci, as thats not necessarily labelled as a 'Quik's Groove' despite being one, but the other 7 are all present from throughout his career. I've always loved his Quik's Groove series so I thought I'd put them all together. Feel free to download.

Yeah I've heard a couple of different theories on that. Some people say you're right, others say Medley for a V is the one.

To be honest its just great music regardless so I went with that one.
