So then why the fuck does my dad get pissed that I drink on week days, especially considering that I barely drink enough to get drunk.
I don't care about all the emotional shit, I want a logical explanation.

Sounds like your dad is a little jealous. There really isn't any other explanation because you know and i know that he knows that you know that it's impossible to give any logical reasoning for him being angry about this. Maybe you should try to get him to drink with you. Explain to him that life is short. I know it's a long shot, but what are your alternatives.
