Non Hip Hop album of the Year...

i'm just curious as to what non-hip hop albums did yall buy and what your favorite(s) is. I'd have to say that the red hot chili peppers cd "by the way" is the best non hip hop cd  I bought. anyways list anything that was dope. peace

this year i picked up chili peppers - by the way, pearl jam - riot act, smashing pumpkins - rotten apples, nirvana - best of

the best is nirvana, even if its old songs aint no one able to beat it

most other stuff has been average - its a shame 2001/02 werent as good for music as 91/92 were.

Most of the non-hip hop stuff I pick up is real mellow, guitar-driven music for chilling to.

Best of the year is James Taylor's October Road. The guy's a fucking legend - I'd actually put that CD above much of the rap albums I've picked up. Check out September Grass or Travelling Star and just let yourself go.
