I don't know how people can say he's fallen off, his beats are always top quality to me, I can't even think of one whack beat he's done. I mean look at some of the beats he's done in the past year ("Second Childhood", "Battle", "What A Mess" to name a few) and you'll see that he is still as dope as he's always been.
