GZA - Liquid Swords re-release
« on: September 18, 2010, 03:51:04 PM »
Any update on the re-release of this in better quality when the 2nd one drops? I read an article in a magazine about plans to re-release this on an anniversary, which would be on along the same time the 2nd one drops, remastered, but I've not been paying much attention to anything Wu Tang for a while

I know about RZA's studio being flooded and some equipment and vocals being damaged but weren't duplicates made? I'll need to rake out the magazine where the article was, but it described how they planned on enhanching the orignal album

Oh so most of RZA's stuff was damaged?  I thought it was just the Tical songs.

I know that the original Inspectah Deck album was lost in the flood. RZA tried to recreate some of the shit for that album, but it got pushed back so much that it took a whole new turn. Would have loved to hear what this OG album would've sounded like >:(
