Dre did work on the album. He just didn't get the tracks done in time for the release date.

this wigger might have a good point, Dre and Jay Z are very close, maybe Dre heard Cube mention the Alecia Keys/going R&B statement Cube made and thought against finishing his records!

very valid point. He starts the album out basically dissing R&B and Jay-z, alicia keyes... LOL, then he disses em and dre or atleast isnt saying anything nice "I aint that nigga always on vacation, this aint no whiteboys rehabilitation" , that isnt nice words??? lol..
