Well considering where we are today I wouldn't be surprised if there's some truth to that. Obama don't prove shit. I think there's a lot of factors though. We've been in the same hole for so many years now, always struggling and with that same slave mentality we've had since we got off that ship. Nobody is gonna give us shit, not god and especially not the government. We need to get that in our heads.

considering how american blacks used to be enslaved there might be a truth to that statement.
When you don't use a part of your brain it's quality starts to slowly degrade, this happening over a few generations might lead to the brain not being fully functional any more.
Also didn't they breed black people on physical capabilities? that could lead to a weakening of the brain.
