i recieved word that its looking more likely spider will either plead or be found guilty of his felony charge when the court date is due and because of prior drug convictions it means if found guilty he will serve a minimum of 10 years, he's currently on $100,000 bail

they cant store anything on your file that your "not aware of" however,.. if they had any information related to you which wasnt on your records, it would probably mean theyre investigating you for current criminal behaviour, but theres no way of knowing that unless you work for the law
