From my understanding this is the unfinished version, that didn't make the album.

On the official tracklisting, Eminem isn't on this song. So I think they cut Em, Banks probably added a verse & the song will be dope.

Because even though Em's verse isn't bad, it flows so terribly over this beat; sounds so out of place.
