Saw this on a post on www.hitemup.com

Nas in "Zone Out"

It's a vicious verse toward Cam from Nas. Very
harsh and creative.
Since
Cam has gotten more thinner, the word is that
he has HIV. House In
Virginia
is slang for HIV around some areas. He got
caught by the cops with
22's, so
like he says ("No need for the gunplay, its OK
cause you're dying
anyway").
Dying of HIV (aids).
