a stupid riddle

see if you can make sense out of this:

MR PIGS
MR NOT PIGS
OSAR
LIB
MR TWO PIGS






















Two farmers are sitting on a fence and he points over and says, "em are pigs".  The other farmer says "em are not pigs", so the other says "oh yes 'a are".  The farmer squints his eyes to focus in and then says, "well I'll be....'em are two pigs!"

No, what j isn't tellin you is that in indiana, this is something you would hear probably 3 or 4 times a day if you listened for it. Right now I'm in downtown indy, and there are pigs everywhere :)
