hey don't get mad at me for pointin out the facts. you can diss, but when people diss you, you fuckin whine. admit it. you doubt chino was scared of pac, why cuz you and chino are tight, and he told you? i'm just sayin he waited till pac was dead, and dissed him, didn't even know him, and when people called him on it, he publicly started kissin their ass in both interviews and his cd booklets.

Naw, it's cool. The man aint dissing me, so i'm still cool talking with him.

any of u niggas from new york that wanna bring it, bring it...thats not beef with new york?...cmon if he didnt have beef with new york wouldnt he have said...any of u niggas with beef bring it...and so on....
No man. That's not a beef with NY, expecially since he explained it NUMEROUS times. Check the intro of Makaveli again, pls. I aint feeling you on this one, man. You are trying to make it like Pac dissed East Coast. WRONG! DPG dissed NY. Westside Connection dissed NY. Suge & Pac dissed BIG & Puffy. And everyone involved (and with involved i mean everybody who dissed Pac. He replied).

Quote
and yea that chino song was lyrical jesus...but see he never got a chance to diss pac when he was alive...cuz the guy died not to long after...he had to speak on it...regardless of pac dyin or not...he had to speak on it...and u cant front...the tracks were hard...pac couldnt have fucked with it...but u know what...at least u came at me like a civilized person and stated ur opinions...i respect u...hellrazor is just a 8 year old boy stuck in a 21 year olds body...he gets no respect...anyway...im not changin my mind and ur not changin urs...lets just leave it at that
Chino XL had all the rights of this world to diss Pac (back). I agree on this one. I just think it was been a wack move to diss him (while he was still alive) in underground mixtapes with freestyles and live performances (he dissed Pac in a college radio, or something like that. Then some1 recorded that show and uploaded the track on the net, after Pac died). If you got something to say, do it DIRECTLY. U know what i mean? And when the man is alive. But it's all cool now. Expecially since the beef is over. Chino is very talented. He just made a mistake. But i aint a dickrider, i admit it was been Pac to shoot him with the gun (i mean.. c'mon.. his name is in the most controversial diss track ever! The cd single with that track is 4x platinum!!). Chino just made a line about him and he wasnt even affiliated with BIG. He litterally did just 1 wrong line.

About Chino being scared of Pac, i dont know, but that's not important. It's not important if he was scared of Suge or if he was scared of Pac. Fact is that, when Pac died and Suge went to jail, he started to diss Pac back. In released tracks. You know what i mean? Maybe it's real he was scared only about Suge. But it doesnt change a thing.

lmao at mad...im not mad...u always make things up...lmao...ur a funny guy...again u still are emotional...grab some tissue....oh and yea me n chino are best friends like u and pac...lol...chino spoke on pac in the underground...he didnt have all the money backin him that pac did...he couldnt just make a record and ship it to the radio...once pac died it was like dre n eazy...he let the past be the past...
Naw, it's cool. The man aint dissing me, so i'm still cool talking with him.

i consider that line a diss to ny...why else would he say it?..he may have denied it...but in my eyes thats a beef...again...matter of opinion....i think if chino was a major label rapper hed a had some tracks out...but being he was very underground he didnt have that privalege...but true chino coulda confronted him...then again...this is hip hop...shit is done on wax...i dont think chino was out for a fight...chino is an emcee first...to me i dont think anyone was really scared of tupac...mainly suge knight...again matter of opinion...

oh and if people can call benzino bitchzino, ja rule ja fool, biggie piggie, jayz gayz, eazy sleazy...etc...its just clowning...but when someone does it to pac...its disrespect...its just clownin....calm ur nerves already

Yeah man. But if you go to New York or to an East Coast board writing BIGGIE WAS A FAT BITCH you'll have the same reactions. It's cause they are not only rappers, but legends. They are like God's, for a lot of ppl. I dunno if it's right or wrong (i think it's wrong), but it is like that. Great persons are always controversial and they always makes controversies.

Btw "any of u niggas from new york that wanna bring it, bring it..." was not referred to common people of NY. Fact is that Biggie was considered the "king of NY". When Pac dissed him, a lot of rapper took position by dissing Pac and by defending Biggie (who never really joined the disses). Nas, Jay-Z, Lil Kim, P.Diddy, etc.. That's why he said "any of u niggas from new york that wanna bring it, bring it...". Cause since he started to diss Biggie ("i told you all it was only about Biggie, now u got involved"), a lot of NY rappers joined the beef. And Pac wasnt scared of that. That's why he said: "if you wanna bring it, bring it".

The Outlawz? Man they were just kids from 17 to 23 (years old). I feel you on the Suge/DR thing (remember Pac's entourages full of bodyguards and bloods), not on the Outlawz thing.

Naw. I think he THOUGHT he had them soldiers, but them soldiers bitched out in Las Vegas. That's why Fatal was mad at them, and i agree with him. Pac "used" Outlawz ONLY TO PROTECT HIM. This was Lawz's mission, u know what i mean? They had to live for Pac, and to DIE for Pac. But they didnt do a damn thing. Ok, they werent strapped, but still they didnt do a damn thing. I think ppl were more scared of Suge and bloods. I mean.. Big Syke himself (one of Pac's best homie) said in Thug Angel DVD that he never talked with Suge cause he was scared of him! Immagine Suge's enemies!!

LMAO i was rollin when Syke said that...i was like WTF man u swoll as fuck...and he was all bitchin out...that was fuckin funny...i dont think the outlawz wanted to die for no one...but i mean they were there...if i fight went down between pac and bad boy im sure one of them wouldve banked lil cease or somethin...a fist fight is one thing...a gun fight is a whole different story...

Naw man, i cant agree on this one. I mean.. Pac always used to surround himself by street homies. People he knew from the streets, like Outlawz, like Syke, etc.. He wanted them to protect him. But now that he's dead let's look at the whole thing. Before Pac joined Death Row, he didnt have a bodyguard. Outlawz & Pac's crew (a lot of those ppl are not rappers/famous ppl) were Pac's bodyguards. U know what i mean? Street ppl to bodyguard him, gangsta shit. Problem is that those ppl made more troubles than positive things. Look at the rape case! Who was in the house with Pac? Those ppl. And Pac, in Against All Odds, says that 1 of them conspired against him to send him to jail and ask him money. Look at the L.V. fight. Where are the Outlawz? I mean Pac was fighting some1... and where are the Lawz? I cant see them in the footage, u know what i mean? Why didnt the Outlawz follow the white cadillac? Cause they werent strapped? BULLSHIT! Pac made them. They had to die for Pac, like Fatal said. I think Pac didnt need big protection until he joined Death Row. From that moment, Outlawz became just "rappers" and bloods (+ bodyguards) became Pac's real bodyguards. U know what i mean?

Prior to Death Row, 'Pac wasn't a diss rapper. He never once dissed anyone. Then when it came to Biggie and all them, that wasn't just dissing, that was his life. That was these muthaphukkaz shot me and shit. 'Pac said on In His Own Words, if a muthaphukka dissed me, and I ain't dissed him back, you know he bowed down. In other words, if he ain't dissed them, they talked about it. Before Death Row though, 'Pac did get himself involved lyrically in that drug dealer in N.Y. that had him shot. 'Pac wasn't speaking to muthaphukkaz lyrically about rap though, until his life mattered, and then who's ever down with these clowns can go down too.

Somehow i agree with you both. I mean, like Snoop said, Pac wasnt a gangsta. Suge made him a gangsta (*looks like a Gangsta. Act like a Gangsta*). I mean Pac probably felt like he was untouchable in 1996. He was mad, thugged out, crazy. You know.. sitting next to Suge Knight.. in the same car.. makes you feel like you can say whatever you want and like you can diss whoever you want. Makes you think you can kick the ass of a Crip in a public place (remember he wasnt allowed to do that, since he was out on parole) and to be safe without wearing the bulletproof and without being strapped. You know what i mean? After the NY shooting, Pac went crazy. And he started to have this attitude: FUCK BIGGIE. AND IF YOU GOT INVOLVED, I'LL KILL YOU TOO.
