What can you do if your comp.. screen is blurry?

It sucks man. I can't even read the words I'm writing because the screen is so distorted. Anyone got a solution (even though I can't read it)?

aight that the shit .. when u close then open it back it pull out the shit u talk about , the thang that shake your screen  out

when u go on the menu of your screen.. theres a kind of inverse U with a bar across. if u click it , your screen will shake and return at the normal.. well it does fo me
