im just thankful to have the crappy rip we have...and  CDQ of a year 2000 Crooked I rhyming over the beat and tearing it up

u do realize that tha two instrumentals are different right?  


i waz alwayz surprised how noone ever really got that.




idk, they just always sounded a little different to me

idk, they just always sounded a little different to me

they use the same sample but they are a little different. I always thought Warren G's Runnin wit no Brakes sounded al ittle different form Next Episode as well.

i think the Crooked I version is a Dr. Dre Interpolation.  something about that beat just sounds kinda thin and off like it was remade at a later year.  i know all we've had is that shitty ass tape rip of it so it might sound slightly different but i doubt it, it's what they sounded like back in tha day (same thing with that "Doggystyle" song, the tape rip of it sounded exactly like Snoop and all of them did especially the beat but once it was remastered it sounded different but i think it was done on purpose).
