The praises keep pouring in for Brotha Lynch Hung’s Strange Music debut Dinner and a Movie. Recently the album was included in AllHipHop.com’s list of the best 40 albums to be released in 2010. Here’s what AllHipHop had to say:

If you know, Brotha Lynch Hung, you know what to expect the worst of the best…or the best of the worst. Either way, Dinner & A Movie represented some of the best macabre that Brotha could muster without catching a case. While there is plenty horrorcore, there’s also a fair amount of political commentary for those that can stomach the murderous verses.

The album was ranked alongside the likes of Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Yelawolf’s Trunk Muzik, Devin the Dude’s Gotta Be Me, and Strange Music’s very own Tech N9ne for his Seepage EP.

"Dinner and a Movie" was a dope album.  My only complaint (and it would be a small one) are the number of skits.  Aside from that, it was dope.  Looking forward to CoathangaStrangla."
