Free music is always great. 
With that said....Game or his people must have thought this would make a good MARKETING/PROMOTIONAL tool or this never would have been released.
Whether it be Game or anyone else, it takes money to MAKE money.

The money that everyone is talking about. That $40 was the charges he racked up for all the studio time. He went into the studio for a couple weeks to record verses to P&P. He had most of those songs/beats on his pc already that had been recorded randomly over the year. The reason he had to go into the studio was to organize it, mix it and complete whatever wasnt finished. He could have had a beat with one verse but had to go back in and finish it up. Game said that the producers he works with show him love all the time...he did pay for those beats he was given those beats and the producers that he works with end up getting fat paychecks from the actual songs that make it on the album. The bill gets taked on to that. So this other stuff litterally was given away by Game and his producers. Dr. Dre didnt get a check for those two songs because hes gonna get a cut off the music that is distributed officially and sold.
