Redman, The Roots & Jedi Mind Tricks have albums that can be called top 10 east coast albums.

4-Non Phixion - The Future Is Now
5-Gravediggaz - 6 Feet Deep
6-Live Squad - Game of Survival LP
7-Necro - I Need Drugs
8-Goretex - The Art of Dying
9-Wu Tang - Enter the 36 Chambers   
10-Notorious Big - Ready to Die     (has plenty of classics but a bit over rated to me)
